Starting from a small office in Nantou County, we've grown into Taiwan's trusted partner for network management education. Here's the real story of our journey.
Founded EvolveUpForward in a small office in Shuili Township with one mission: make network management accessible to Taiwan's growing tech community. We started with weekend workshops for 12 students who were hungry to learn real-world networking skills.
Moved to our current location on Minsheng Road and launched our comprehensive curriculum. This year marked our transition from basic workshops to structured learning paths that actually prepared students for real networking challenges they'd face in Taiwanese businesses.
Taiwan's tech sector started taking notice. Local companies began requesting custom training programs for their teams. We realized our approach — focusing on practical skills over theoretical concepts — was exactly what the market needed.
Today we're planning new programs for fall 2025, expanding our hands-on approach to include cloud networking and hybrid infrastructure management. Our goal remains the same: give people the skills they actually need to manage networks in the real world.
We're a small but dedicated team based right here in Nantou County. Each of us brings different experience from Taiwan's networking industry, and honestly, that diversity makes our teaching stronger.

Henrik moved to Taiwan in 2018 after working with enterprise networks across Scandinavia. He founded EvolveUpForward because he noticed a gap between what networking courses taught and what businesses actually needed. His background includes 12 years managing networks for manufacturing companies — experience that shows up in every lesson plan.
